Wardle Village Church has been a Local Ecumenical Partnership since 1993, and its fully integrated congregation shares both Methodist and Anglican Worship. Normally Methodist on 1st, 3rd and 5th Sundays of the month and Anglican on 2nd and 4th Sundays. We play a full part in both the Anglican Deanery of Rochdale and Diocese of Manchester, and in the Methodist Circuit and District. Our Purpose is to offer meaningful worship; (traditional and modern are both acceptable) to encourage members to grow in the faith of Our Lord Jesus Christ, and to be the body of Christ, witnessing to His love and grace in the area we serve. |
